We have extended our returns policy from 28 to 60 days, this applies to all online purchases from March until further notice. All other terms and conditions related to returns and refunds applies.
We will only accept refunds and exchanges if the item is in unused condition and in original packaging.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return or exchange any item within 28 days of the purchase, provided with email information that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging.
All sales are final. Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We do not offer free returns on our sheepskin slippers if you need a different size, please send the slippers back and we will send you the replacement pair free of charge. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 12 days to fulfill your request. Please make sure that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery so you have proof and it may reach us more quickly through the process. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the item you want to return or exchange it.
When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit, debit card statement.
