Information that we hold

If you sign up to marketing emails on our website then your name and email address will be held to distribute details of sales, offers and other products you may be interested in.

We do not hold any personal credit card or bank information. All sales will be made via PayPal or Stripe and information regarding the actual payment will be held by those third parties. Our purpose for processing Personal Information
We hold on to information regarding sales in line with our legal obligations and as a backup should that information be needed at any time to resolve any disputes, queries or complaints. Our lawful basis for holding and processing this information are legal obligations and contractual rights.
Our marketing database is held to advertise products, sales and discounts that may be suitable for each individual. We may also advise you on upcoming products and other matters that may be of interest that are connected with your use of our products. In holding and processing this information we rely on our legitimate interests and in some cases your consent.
How long your information is held for
Information regarding a sale or purchase will be held for 6 years in line with our legal and financial obligations. Following this 6 year period it will be deleted as detailed in this policy. If there is an ongoing dispute, complaint or other issue that requires it we may hold on to this information for so long as is necessary to resolve the issue.
Marketing information will be held for as long as we continue to offer products, discounts and sales that may be of interest. Any information that you have provided us for this purpose will be deleted on request provided that the information is not also held in connection with a sale or purchase.
Your rights under the DGPR and the Data Protection Act 1998
You are entitled to request copies of any information we hold about you by making a subject access request. Such a request should be made in writing and either emailed to us under the contact details on this website or otherwise posted to our registered address. We will respond to this address within 30 days.
You are entitled to have the Personal Information we hold about you deleted on request provided that our right to hold such data is subject to your consent. If you have made a purchase or were involved in a sale them we may not be able to delete your information as we will be required to hold on to this information for legal and financial purposes.

Complaints
Complaints for misuse of your Personal Information can be made to the Information Commissioners office. However you will be expected to first contact the company concerned to see if your complaint can be resolved directly with them.
