When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas, Cyber Monday and Black Friday).

International Deliveries

You will have to pay customs and/or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country you are in, the value of the item, and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
If you will decide not to pay the fees your parcel will be disposed of by the customs in your country and you will not be entitled to a refund.

I would thoroughly recommend getting these insoles for all of your shoes- gorgeously made and a joy to slip your feet into. I recently bought some to line an old pair of slippers and they are like new! A real joy in winter months- it’s the little things in life! I sized up for slippers as they were wide/stretched.
