Dispatch times don't include Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. International Deliveries
You will have to pay customs and/or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country you are in, the value of the item, and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
If you will decide not to pay the fees your parcel will be disposed of by the customs in your country and you will not be entitled to a refund.
