We use DHL for any International orders.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas, Cyber Monday and Black Friday).
Dispatch times don't include Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider. For example, transit times for Royal Mail services include Monday to Saturday (exception: Royal Mail Special Delivery services include Monday to Friday with an additional charge for Saturday delivery).
International Deliveries
You will have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country you are in, the value of the item, and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
If you will decide not to pay the fees your parcel will be disposed of by the customs in your country and you will not be entitled to a refund.
